Our chai concentrate offers a harmonious blend of authentic flavors, including cardamom, cinnamon, clove, peppercorn, and fresh ginger. Crafted using Indian Assam Tea and lightly sweetened with cane sugar, our small-batch production takes place in Toronto.
How to use
We recommend a 1:2 ratio, 1 part concentrate to 2 parts milk of your choice, heat, steam or simply pour over ice. Adjust to taste. Remember to give it a good shake before serving.
- Heat in microwave until the desired temp.
- Over medium-high stovetop, simmer (not boil) chai concentrate, milk or water until the desired temp.
*5 servings if 1:2 ratio is used
*After opening, refrigerate and use within four weeks.

It's a very delicious and just right balance of sweet/spice chai concentrate. My experience with ordering through to receiving was confusing though. It took weeks to receive and I wasn't sure what the hold up was. It ended up arriving during March Break when I wasn't home.

I absolutely love to have a beautiful cup chai tea in the afternoon. Spicegirlchai makes it so easy! I love having it in my fridge. I heat it in my favourite copper bottom pot. I like mine with two parts skim milk, one part chai concentrate. Perfection!
